Citigroup Global Markets, Inc. vs. Mamunes, FINRA Arbitration No. 12-01480 Successfully defeated Citigroup’s claims against a former employee for monies owed on a promissory note. Citigroup’s claims for more $100,000 in damages were denied in their entirety and all hearing session fees were assessed against Citigroup.
